1. Who we are

Money Education Trading Academy ("META", "we", "us") is a trading education provider based in Panipat, Haryana, India. We provide recorded and live educational content about financial markets. We are not a stock broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser or research analyst, and we are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in any such capacity.

2. Education only, no advice

All content on this platform, including courses, live sessions, pre-market notes, community messages and blog posts, is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing we publish is a recommendation, tip, trading call or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, commodity or currency. Any trading decision you make is your own, based on your own research and risk appetite. Read the Risk Disclaimer before enrolling.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a course.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTPs confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one person. Sharing credentials or course access is a breach of these terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice.

4. Courses, membership and access

• Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for as long as the course remains available on the platform.
• Membership grants access to live sessions, recordings and community for the period you have paid for. Membership does not auto-renew unless you opt in.
• Live session timings may change due to market holidays, mentor availability or technical issues. Recordings are provided where possible.
• Content may be updated, replaced or retired as markets and curriculum evolve. We will give reasonable notice before retiring a course you have purchased.

5. Pricing, payments and GST

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every paid order and is available in your account. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details. Instalment or EMI options, where offered, are subject to the terms of your bank or card issuer.

6. Refund policy

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not started the course content (no lesson marked as watched or completed).
• Once course access has been used, or after 7 days from purchase, the fee is non-refundable because the educational content has been delivered.
• Membership fees are refundable within 7 days of first purchase if you have not attended a live session or accessed the recordings.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after approval. GST collected is refunded along with the fee.
• To request a refund, email support@mmtacademy.online from your registered email with your order number.

7. Referral cashback

Where a referral offer is active, a 50% cashback voucher is issued when four or more members you referred purchase a course at the same level as yours. Vouchers are applied to future META purchases, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. We may modify or withdraw referral offers at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All videos, PDFs, slides, notes, trade case studies, logos and branding are the property of META or its licensors. You may not record, download (except where a download button is provided), share, resell, publicly display or create derivative works from any content. Video content is watermarked with your account identity; unauthorised distribution will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.

9. Community conduct

Our community channels exist to discuss learning. You must not post tips or trading calls, solicit money, promote other services, harass other members or share content that is unlawful. We may remove content and members at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, META and its mentors are not liable for any trading losses, indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit arising from your use of our content or platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific course or membership in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panipat, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of written notice.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
