Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. 1. Education only

Money Education Trading Academy is a trading education academy. Every course, live session, pre-market note, recording, case study, community message and blog post is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a research report, a buy or sell recommendation, a tip, a trading call or an offer to deal in any financial instrument.

2. Not SEBI registered as an adviser

META and its mentors are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as investment advisers, research analysts, portfolio managers or stock brokers, and do not claim to be. We do not manage funds, do not execute trades on your behalf and do not accept money for anything other than educational services. Any person who claims to trade on your behalf using the META name is not authorised by us; please report them to support@mmtacademy.online.

3. No guaranteed returns

We do not promise, guarantee or imply any specific profit, return, win rate or income from trading. Statistics such as students trained or ratings describe our education service, not trading results. Examples used in lessons, including case studies and live trades, are illustrative. Hypothetical or historical examples have limitations and do not represent actual trading by you.

4. Your responsibility

• All trading decisions are yours alone, taken at your own risk.
• Assess your financial situation, objectives and risk tolerance, and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a qualified professional before trading.
• Understand leverage. Derivatives and forex can produce losses larger than your initial margin.
• Keep a written trading plan, risk limits and a journal, as taught in every META course.
• Use only SEBI-registered brokers for Indian markets. Forex trading in India is permitted only in currency pairs and on exchanges allowed by the Reserve Bank of India and SEBI. Trading through unauthorised overseas platforms may be illegal under FEMA.

Testimonials reflect individual learners' experiences with our education and are not typical results, not a promise of performance and not verified trading records. Learners are not compensated for testimonials.

6. Live sessions and community

Views shared during live analysis, pre-market prep or in community channels are opinions for learning purposes and may change without notice. They are not instructions to trade. Messages from other members are their own views and are not endorsed by META.

7. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep content accurate and current, but markets, regulations and tax rules change. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content and accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it.
